Our Story

Founded in 2016, Rastriya Sramik Kalyan Trust began with a simple yet powerful idea: that every worker deserves dignity, safety, and the opportunity to thrive. Witnessing the daily struggles of laborers in our communities, our founders were moved to action. We started with small-scale legal aid camps and have since grown into a multi-state organization, driven by the unwavering belief in social justice for all.

Our journey has been marked by milestones, from launching our first skill development center to providing emergency relief during national crises. Each step has been a testament to the resilience of the communities we serve and the dedication of our team and supporters.
